    RICIO is equipped with a dedicated general assembly workshop, component processing workshop, electrical commissioning workshop, and finished product inspection area. Our production line is capable of batch delivery.

    Whether fulfilling single-machine custom orders or multiple-unit complete line matching orders, we can schedule production efficiently and deliver on time.

    RICIO adopts well-known brand servo motors, an AI intelligent automation control system, and an advanced master control system. Labeling accuracy can reach ±0.5mm, with a theoretical labeling speed of up to 400 pieces per minute (actual speed can be flexibly adjusted based on equipment configuration, label dimensions, supporting packaging line conditions, and other factors).

In-Process Quality Control

During the production and assembly process, quality control personnel conduct patrol inspections at key workstations, focusing on verifying labeling head alignment accuracy, drive system tension, electrical wiring compliance, and pneumatic circuit airtightness.

Component machining is strictly carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 international quality system for process control.

Installation and Commissioning

·If required, we will arrange for engineers to travel to the buyer's location for equipment installation and commissioning.

·The typical commissioning period is 3 to 7 days.

·If the customer does not require the above service, the customer shall receive training at our factory. Prior to installation, the customer must read the operation manual, and we will also provide operation videos for reference.

Warranty Policy

Before shipment, each machine is fully tested to CE European standards. Our checks cover no-load stability, labeling accuracy, speed, and safety response. A certificate of conformity is issued only when every parameter meets our quality benchmark.

Equipment sold is covered by a 1-year warranty. Failures caused by supplier quality issues will be addressed by providing replacement parts to the customer.

Wear parts are not covered under warranty, such as O-rings and belts. These parts will be provided together with the equipment free of charge, meeting the customer's usage needs for one year.

    Will you please provide the following data so that we'll recommend the best business solutions for you:

    2.Label type and size (e.g. transparent or traditional opaque label type)
    3.Packaging production line environment requirements (e.g. dust-proof, water-proof level, etc.)

    We RICIO adhere to the guideline "Responding/reply within 24 hours and provide remote online video guidance to provide technical support in detail if customers need us to; can even send for experienced after-sales service engineers to visit customer's factory/workshop/production line on-site for installation, commission, training, etc. What's more, we promise to provide lifelong technical support such as: free replacement of vulnerable spare parts and some consumables under warranty. We always put the customer's need on top priority and seek for their acceptance & satisfaction.

    1. For a brand new customer, before placing a PO, they can take their products and labels to our company to test the labeling effect without any charges.
    2. We RICIO provide machine operation instructions manual book both in Chinese & English & other languages if needed. Online video guidance can be proceeded if needed by a customer.
    3. Usu. 1 year standard quality assurance (QA) warranty long. Under warranty period of tim, some vulnerable spare parts or consumables can be served free of charge.
    4. After delivery/shipment, our professional service engineers may offer on-site guidance, machine debugging services if needed and raised by buyer. Besides,  service charges may be calculated and to be charged by the buyer according to the actual situations additionally.
