Automatic labeling machines serve as core automated production equipment in the beverage industry, directly determining product appearance, production capacity and compliance. Nevertheless, actual labeling operations are restricted by multiple factors with prominent pain points.
First, there are great challenges in bottle type compatibility. Beverage containers come in diverse shapes; curved surfaces of irregular bottles easily lead to skewed and wrinkled labels. Static electricity, surface scratches and moisture absorption on bottles made of different materials impair label adhesion strength. Complicated changeovers between multiple product specifications drag down overall production efficiency.
Second, label compatibility is insufficient. Labels of various materials tend to deform and peel off under varying temperature and humidity. Mismatch between label feeding assemblies and label sizes results in missing or misapplied labels, while static electricity and dust further compromise labeling precision.
During high-speed production, asynchronous conveyance of bottles and labels reduces labeling accuracy. Wear of machine components frequently causes unplanned downtime. In addition, fluctuating workshop temperature and humidity, high equipment maintenance costs, as well as rising demands for regulatory compliance and customized production exacerbate labeling difficulties, forming a major bottleneck restricting standardized beverage manufacturing.
