During operation, products are transferred by conveyor into the separation area, where the bottle spacing and position are automatically adjusted before entering the labeling station. Once the photoelectric sensor detects the product, the control system drives the label dispensing mechanism to output the label. The pressing and rolling mechanism then applies the label smoothly onto the product surface.

For flat bottles and square bottles with defined labeling surfaces, the machine helps maintain accurate label direction and stable positioning while reducing common manual labeling issues such as skewed labels, bubbles, wrinkles, and edge lifting. These options allow production dates, expiry dates, batch numbers, supervision codes, and traceability codes to be printed or identified during labeling.
