The Double Side Self-adhesive Labeling Machine Plus Printer is an automated labeling solution designed for double-sided labeling and coding applications on flat and square containers. It is suitable for plastic boxes and packaging products with different sizes and shapes, especially in chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical and related industries. The machine integrates labeling and printing functions into one system, allowing production batch numbers, manufacturing dates, QR codes and other product information to be printed during the labeling process.

Equipped with multiple labeling heads, the machine completes accurate label positioning and secondary pressing operations. The first labeling process ensures precise placement, while the additional extrusion labeling mechanism helps remove air bubbles and wrinkles, improving the overall labeling appearance and stability.

The Double Side Labeling Machine plus Printer adopts a PLC-based control system combined with a color touchscreen interface, providing convenient operation and flexible parameter management. The HMI system supports Chinese and English language switching, production counting, parameter storage, production setting functions and fault indication, making it easier to manage different product labeling requirements.

The machine uses a synchronized conveyor structure to automatically separate, align and transport products before labeling. The stable conveying process reduces manual adjustment requirements and helps maintain consistent labeling performance during continuous production.

With optional thermal coding printers, spraying printers and data readers, the equipment can realize integrated coding, barcode identification and QR code traceability functions. The main structure is manufactured with SUS304 stainless steel and T6 aluminum alloy materials, meeting hygienic production requirements and supporting stable operation in long-term industrial environments.
